1993 – 2004: Timmy Chin’s early career was built on a strong background in sales, importation, equipment supply and deployment (upstream and downstream) in Trinidad and Venezuela.
​
2005 – 2018: In 2005, after the downturn in the Oil & Gas industry, he recognised the need for specialised support for local, regional and international clients in achieving their objectives of operating functionality and operational efficiencies. It was then his trajectory in the area of Project Management began.
After twenty five (25) years experience in Business Trade and Services in Latin America and the Southern Caribbean, Timmy Chin went onto co-found Vibrant Technology Solutions Limited®

QUALIFICATIONS: Kirti Mohammed, brings the technical expertise to the operation.
Armed with a Masters Business Administration (MBA), a BSc. in Computer Information Systems (University of Hertfordshire), and a Masters Certification in Project Manager (PM College), she is also possesses her Project Management Profession (PMP) Certification, Diploma in Computer Engineering (TTIT) and is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Nortel Networks Certified Systems Specialist (NNCSS) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).

TECHNICAL: In her current capacity Kirti Mohammed focuses on Performing Risk Assessment consulting and recommendation reports for clients; Managing other Project Managers, Resource Utilization, Customer Satisfaction; Working with clients to define scopes of the projects, planning timescales and the resources needed, analyzing problems clarify the system specifications, understand their work practices and the nature of the business.
She also guides her clients by making recommendations, developing agreed solutions and implementing new systems within the required quality, time and budget expectations; and Project management and control.

EXPERIENCE: VTSL’s clients benefit from her other competencies and indepth experiences in: Defining software, hardware, network and integrated solution requirements; Participating in the internal sales process by estimating and helping define projects scope, vendor and sourcing strategy, costs as well as assumptions, potential risks and company exposure.
Her experience also saw her develop, execute and oversee the administration of server policies, preventive maintenance, disc space and performance administration..
