I.T. Technician (On-Contract)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a I.T. Technician for Vibrant, you will act as the main on-site IT support for the Company forming part of a team that provides exceptional services. Your role primarily focuses on the following:

Providing day-to-day general IT support to end users both on site and remotely as required.

Logging of support tickets via phone, email or in person requests, ensuring that ticket fields are populated with accurate data.

Managing and prioritizing assigned tickets to ensure that they are actioned, resolved, and closed within the specified SLAs.
-
Responding and liaising with end-users, to provide updates as necessary.
-
Following up with 3rd party vendors and suppliers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
-
Contributing to the Team’s Knowledge Base, ensuring that it is updated to include resolution steps for issues identified.
-
Installing and configuring hardware and software on relevant end-user devices.
-
Configuring, deploying, and relocating hardware, including but not limited to Laptops, Desktops, Phones, Tablets, Printers, Scanners etc.

Performing preventative maintenance and repair on IT equipment
-
Assisting in related projects where IT input / services are required.
-
Visiting Customer sites to provide Deskside assistance as required.

Conforming to the Company’s IT procedures and policies.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
-
Between 3-5yrs years hands on experience working in a corporate environment
-
Possession of one or more I.T. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network +, MCSE, CCNA
-
Experience with Ticketing System Tools and Remote Access Tools would be an asset.

Knowledge of supporting common IT Systems
-
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software –Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook email, antivirus and other desktop security applications, intermediate networking etc.

Strong knowledge of business productivity tools, telephony applications and technology trends

Analytical, Reasoning and Problem-Solving Skills
-
Ability to conduct research using a variety of information resources.
-
Ability to operate with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and Time Management skills
-
Ability to work on own initiative and act independently whilst being able to work successfully as part of a team.

Ability to represent the company in a professional manner, at all times.

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Willingness to learn.

Must have a functional vehicle to travel between customer sites.

UAT Testers (On-Contract)
Engagement Title Name: HRIS and Payroll Testing Services

Project Purpose:
-
To check if the HRIS and Payroll applications meet the requirements and are executed successfully in the intended environment.
-
To check if the applications do what they are expected to do.
Project Scope:
-
Cradle-to-grave testing, including the development of test scripts and scenarios, test execution, defect management, and closure of failed tests.
-
Conduct functional and user acceptance testing of the payroll and HRIS applications.
-
Conduct tests in the HRIS and payroll Test environments and validate results in the respective production environments.
-
Test all HRIS modules pending launch.
