I.T. Technician (On-Contract)



As a I.T. Technician for Vibrant, you will act as the main on-site IT support for the Company forming part of a team that provides exceptional services. Your role primarily focuses on the following:


  • Providing day-to-day general IT support to end users both on site and remotely as required. 

  • Logging of support tickets via phone, email or in person requests, ensuring that ticket fields are populated with accurate data.

  • Managing and prioritizing assigned tickets to ensure that they are actioned, resolved, and closed within the specified SLAs.

  • Responding and liaising with end-users, to provide updates as necessary.

  • Following up with 3rd party vendors and suppliers to ensure timely resolution of issues. 

  • Contributing to the Team’s Knowledge Base, ensuring that it is updated to include resolution steps for issues identified.

  • Installing and configuring hardware and software on relevant end-user devices.

  • Configuring, deploying, and relocating hardware, including but not limited to Laptops, Desktops, Phones, Tablets, Printers, Scanners etc.

  • Performing preventative maintenance and repair on IT equipment

  • Assisting in related projects where IT input / services are required.

  • Visiting Customer sites to provide Deskside assistance as required.

  • Conforming to the Company’s IT procedures and policies.



  • Between 3-5yrs years hands on experience working in a corporate environment 

  • Possession of one or more I.T. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network +, MCSE, CCNA

  • Experience with Ticketing System Tools and Remote Access Tools would be an asset.

  • Knowledge of supporting common IT Systems 

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software –Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook email, antivirus and other desktop security applications, intermediate networking etc.

  • Strong knowledge of business productivity tools, telephony applications and technology trends

  • Analytical, Reasoning and Problem-Solving Skills 

  • Ability to conduct research using a variety of information resources.

  • Ability to operate with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and Time Management skills 

  • Ability to work on own initiative and act independently whilst being able to work successfully as part of a team.

  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner, at all times.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills

  • Willingness to learn. 

  • Must have a functional vehicle to travel between customer sites.

Database Analyst - (Contract)

Duration: One (1) Year



As a Database Analyst for Vibrant, you will be a member of a team that delivers exceptional services. Your role primarily focuses on the following:


  • Performs data mining/data analysis as required by the business.

  • Assists in the development and maintenance of relevant enterprise reporting/business intelligence environments.

  • Assists with the evaluation, review and management of database resources and services across the organization in accordance with pre-determined standards.

  • Assists end-users with the creation of customized reports.

  • Familiarizes end-users on Disaster Recovery procedures.

  • Uses statistical techniques to provide meaningful insights into business values.

  • Enrolls users and controls and assists with monitoring user access to databases.

  • Assists with the performance of quality control audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.

  • Monitors performance of databases and advises on issues/concerns relative to integrity issues as identified.

  • Translates the business reporting requirements into deployable, re-usable reports.

  • Develops and makes recommendations on the reporting environment according to Best Practice and industry standards.

  • Performs any other duties relative to the job function as may be assigned.




  • Data Analysis, reporting and SQL coding.

  • Proficient in T-SQL, knowledge of SQL Server, IBM DB2, SSRS Reporting and executing / designing SSIS Packages

  • Creating / assigning jobs on SQL server, familiar with importing information into SQL Server databases, backup & restore operations, monitoring SQL server performance & performance tuning.

  • Familiarity with XML Programming language

  • Proficient in Excel.

IT Project Manager - (Contract)



Vibrant is seeking an individual who has experience in planning and delivering I.T. based projects within Corporate Organizations. 


As an IT Project Manager for Vibrant, you will be a member of a team that delivers exceptional services. Your role primarily focuses on the following:

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and scope.

  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure that all jobs are profitable.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by monitoring and ensuring that all projects are conducted with the highest quality of work performance and timeliness.

  • Submit job progress reports on a weekly basis ensuring that they are in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Must be aware of and observe all policies and procedures in the environment in which the Company and client operates.

  • Ensure proper communications to all stakeholders throughout the duration of the project.



  • BSc in an IT related field or equivalent.

  • Certification in Project Management e.g., PMP, Prince2, CAPM or related field.

  • Have at least three (3) years relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Project and Visio.

  • Excellent work ethic.

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Time management skills.

  • Willingness to learn.
